Enjoy planning your wedding but know that the day will be here before you know it. If you don't already have a great beautician (beauty specialist) it time to find one.

Start by asking friends, co-workers or family where they go and if they like their beauty salon. Once you have found your hair stylist then look for someone who can do a great manicure and pedicure preferably at the same salon for convidence but you may have to go elsewhere to find a good one that you can rely on.

Again ask around and then make an appointment and try out their services. It's much better to get a bad haircut or manicure 6 months before your wedding than the week of or worst still the day of your wedding.

Then once you have your stylist do a practice run. Be sure to take your veil or whatever you will have in your hair on your wedding day. Have him/her style your hair the way you think you would like it. Try to find a picture of what you would like. This is the time to say what you like and what you would like done differently.

Then try living with the hairstyle for at least a few hours to see if you have any problems such as hair constantly in your eyes.

If you don't like the style you still have a chance to try something else before your big day. There is nothing worst than having your hair sprayed and pinned up on your wedding day and not liking the way you look.

More tips:

On your wedding day don't forget to take your veil, flowers (baby's breath) or special hair accessories for the hair stylist to put in your hair for you.

Be sure to take bobby pins and hair spray with you to the wedding location and reception in case your hair starts coming down.
